| Removal of the League Head Administrator
The League Head Administrator (HA) may be removed for multiple of reasons
including but not limited to:
- Withdrawal from Leaga.
- Resignation for any reason.
- Creation of a League in any competitive Gaming Site, and/or encourage Leaga
Members to join such Sites.
- Violation of the Leaga Terms of Use, Policies, and Rules, at the sole
discretion of Leaga Management.
- Inactivity for a period of 4 weeks without justification or delegation to
another League Administrator.
Our policy in this regard is; we cannot
allow an active League to be unattended by a an active HA, therefore, if the HA
has been absent for 2 or 3 weeks, and this is affecting the performance of the
League in any way, we would contact the HA and ask for his/her plans to return
to activity.
If we communicate with the inactive HA; we would offer
him/her one of the following actions:
- To return immediately to activity.
- Temporary delegation to one of the AAs.
- Resignation and hand over to another AA.
- Resignation without specifying a replacement; Leaga would take over the
League and find a new HA at our own discretion.
If the HA does not respond to our contacts; we would replace the HA
temporarily or permanently, and announce for the Vacancy. We would help the AAs
in emergency cases and may delegate some of the HA authorities if this is deemed
necessary.
Deletion of the League
The League may be removed for multiple of reasons including but not limited
to:
- Withdrawal of the HA from Leaga, soon after the creation of the League.
- Violation of the Leaga Terms of Use, Policies, and Rules, at the sole
discretion of Leaga Management.
- Long inactivity without justification.
In order to maintain as streamlined a database as possible, Leagues will be
removed for inactivity, according to the following rules:
- Remove the League if not active within 4 weeks from creation (no matches, no
room selected and has less than 3 Players registered).
- Replace the HA of any active League if the League is not active for 4 weeks,
and request offers from HA candidates. If no new HA wishes to take over within 4
weeks, and the League continue to be inactive; remove the League.
- Remove the League if not active for 8 weeks. Players and TDs may be offered
to Transfer and merge their Stats with another existing League.
- Remove any moving League from another Site if inactive for 4 weeks after the
Transfer date.
