The TOC is restricted to players who have won in the previous month.

• Eligibility will be extended to any Player who has won a tournament in the preceding month, the list to be generated at 12:01 AM on the first day of the month.
  
  
• Winners in Partners Tournaments hosted in Single-Player team Leagues will not be included in the TOC Invitation List. 
  
  
• Winners in all Tournaments hosted in 2-Players team Leagues (Example Spades and Euchre) will be included individually in the TOC Invitation List.
  
  
• Tie-Winners will not be included in the TOC Invitation List.
  
  
• Guests will be eligible to play in the TOC; TOC will be restricted to Premium Members if the fees are over 50 PIPs.
  
  
• Fees will be decided by the League Head Administrator.
  
  
• The League Head Administrator might decide an additional Bonus to be paid to the Winner Only or to the Top Finishers.
  
  
• A Champion Star will be added to the Champion Profile.
  
  
• The Champion ID will be added to the Hall of Fame.
